•Nikola Tesla was the first man to invent the radio. Gugliegmo Marconi was first credited to have invented the radio, but was proven that he had copied 17 of Tesla’s patents.

•The first company was Motorola, with the DynaTAC 8000x. It weighed 2 pounds, earning the nickname “The Brick”.
